We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from G-Wrap Company. Our scarves have a proven track record for staying on during sleep by the thousands of satisfied customers. Therefore for hygienic reasons we will no longer exchange or refund scarves that have been worn. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns with 15 days after purchase if the following conditions are met: - Items must not have been worn. - All Items must be in their original packaging. - You must include the original sales receipt. We'll accept the return or exchange of any scarf that is deemed defective. Simply return it within 15 days and we’ll gladly exchange it or offer a refund for the cost of the scarf. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. For a full refund: Please explain how and where the item was defective and Return the item within 15 days of your purchase. You must ensure the item arrives with all labels and tags intact. Likewise, the return option will become void if the item appears dirty, used, damaged, or laundered. Upon receipt of the item, we'll issue a refund for the full purchase price.
